If you're not satisfied with the product quality or if it doesn't fit your provided measurements, simply email us at support@kiltscompany.com. We’ll offer a full refund or send a replacement.

To be eligible for a return, please include a completed return form, the original invoice, and any original tags attached to the product.

Refunds are issued to the same payment method used during the original purchase. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.

We stand behind our products with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you don’t absolutely love your items the first time you try it on, feel free to return it for a full refund.

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 15 days of shipment for items that are unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.

Returned items must be sent with the original packaging, invoice, and all product tags intact.

Please allow up to 2 weeks for your return to be processed once it reaches our facility.

We take responsibility for any damaged, missing, or incorrectly delivered items due to courier errors.

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, contact us at support@kiltscompany.com with details, and we’ll begin an investigation right away.

Return processing may take up to 15 business days. Once approved, your refund or exchange will be issued. Refunds may take 10 to 14 business days to appear in your account.

Please make sure someone is available to receive your delivery. We are not responsible for packages marked as “delivered” that go missing or are stolen after delivery.
