Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2 business days after being placed.

Shipping Time

Once processed, your order is dispatched within 5 business days. Please note, we do not ship or deliver on weekends or public holidays. Your package typically arrives within 12-14 business days from the order date.

Order Tracking

A tracking number will be provided via email once your order is shipped. You can use this number to monitor your delivery status. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active.

Returns & Exchanges

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, you can request an exchange within 30 days of receiving it. Products damaged after delivery are not eligible for return or exchange.
